Black Salt by Édouard Glissant

Born on September 21, 1928 in Sainte-Marie (Martinique), Édouard Glissant studied in Fort-de-France, then in Paris. A long-time collaborator of UNESCO, linked to all the cultures of the third world, he devoted his work to "black salt" and to the evocation of the shores of his native country.
