In Nigeria, Chinonso, a young poultry farmer, stops Ndali, a woman from a wealthy family, from throwing herself off a bridge. The young people fall in love but their union is opposed by Ndali's family. To convince them, Chinonso decides to sell all his possessions to begin university studies in Cyprus.
