Description
Luc Enock Joseph, originally from Verrettes, Artibonite, holds a degree from the Schools of Agronomy, Industries and Pasta Food of UNIECO. In addition, he holds a bachelor's degree in industrial relations, as well as a diploma in cooperation from the University of Montreal. He has to his credit a thesis on: The stabling of dairy cows and its consequences on the environment. Luc Enock is notably the author of the essay, Haiti Tragic trajectory: When will the political corrective come? (2005).
