THE AUTHOR : Atinuke was born in Nigeria. She came to England at the age of 10. An author and storyteller, her stories are all rooted in her African culture. She lives in Wales.
THE ILLUSTRATION : After working for more than twenty years as an artistic director in various children's publishing houses, Angela Brooksbank now focuses on illustrating children's books. She grew up in West Africa and now lives in England.
